When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Are your samples free or do they need a cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high value items, sample cost and freight are required, which can be returned after an order is placed.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. If you need to design packaging and carton boxes yourself, we will quote according to your specific requirements. Otherwise, we use our regular packing.
What about the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak season, it is usually within 25-30 days after deposit. In busy season, it is within 40-45 days. We aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
Our standard MOQ is 3000pcs, though 1pc is available for sample checking purposes.
